You don’t have to do it all in one day. Add these baby products to your list and take it day by day.

Things To Start Buying For Baby
These are the absolute necessities for a newborn.
Two (obvious) things not on this list are diapers and a crib.
Those are too obvious for this list. Also, I know a lot of new moms have the baby sleep in the bed with them for the first couple of months, so a crib might not even be on your list.
Infant Seat Lounger
Comfortable and portable. Whether you are in the kitchen or the living room, your little one can hang out comfortably on this lounger.
This one specifically keeps your newborn’s upper body elevated, which is good for digestion and breathing.
A Great Bag
You’ll likely be chugging around many (many) things to keep your newborn comfortable. Diapers, wipes, bottles, everything.
And you’ll need a good bag to carry it in. This one is perfect due to its functionality.
It has insulated compartments for your babies milk as well as plenty of storage and pockets to fit whatever you need.
Nipple Cream
If you’re breastfeeding, you will need this in your medicine cabinet.
Sore, cracked nipples are a real problem when breastfeeding, so in order to make things more pleasant for yourself, get some high quality, organic baby cream that won’t hurt neither you nor your baby.
A Swaddle Blanket
A swaddle is very comforting for a newborn as it mimics the pressure of the womb.
You’ll want to have a couple in case one is in the wash and the other gets spit on.
Baby Monitor
A baby monitor gives you piece of mind while your newborn sleeps.
You don’t want to cut corners with this item, you want a high-quality monitor that won’t let you down.
Diaper Cream
A good quality diaper cream can help your baby tremendously. I’m a big fan of Burt’s Bees, but there are plenty of options out there.
One tube is sure to last you months as a little goes a long way.
