Easy Crockpot Dump Dinners

Honey Garlic Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2-3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil.

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to the crockpot.
  • Stir to coat the chicken.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Serve with rice or steamed veggies.

BBQ Pulled Pork

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 lb pork shoulder
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.

Instructions:

  • Place pork in the crockpot.
  • Mix BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, chicken broth, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce, then pour over the pork.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  • Shred and serve on buns or with coleslaw.

Teriyaki Meatballs

  • Ingredients
  • 1 bag frozen meatballs
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce.

Instructions

  • Place frozen meatballs in the crockpot.
